  • At La Isla Nannies, our Placement Team works with you to understand your needs, create a clear job description, and offer a fair pay package to find the best candidates.

    The Placement Fee is 12% of the employee’s gross annual compensation, with a $250 engagement fee to start.

    Our service includes:

    • Customized job description

    • Extensive candidate screening (references, employment, interviews, internet checks)

    • In-house interview scheduling and hiring guidance

    • Background check after job offer acceptance

    • Professionally drafted, personalized employment agreement

    • CPR certification verification

  • Below, you will find a general overview of professional nanny rates.

    Full Time Nanny: $25-35hr

    Part Time Nanny $25-35hr

    Newborn Care Specialist $25-35hr

    Babysitter: $20hr

    • (most nannies have their own set rates based on their experience and education)

    In addition professional full time nannies will receive:

    • 2 Weeks Paid Vacation

    • Paid Holidays/Sick DaysDepending on duties included etc
